Audris brings to the Richard L. Duchossois Foundation deep leadership experience, having previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Interim President and CEO of the Adler Planetarium, a leading Chicago cultural institution. As CFO, she oversaw financial strategy and business operations, facilities, information technology, grant management, and human resources. Prior to the Adler, she was the Chief Operating and Financial Officer of Bernard Zell Anshe Emet Day School, a 500-student private day school in Chicago. In that role she notably executed a $20 million capital expansion plan, as well as designed and implemented COVID-19 protocols so the school could remain open for full-time on-campus instruction during the pandemic.
Her background also includes over a decade of management consulting experience, focusing primarily on healthcare, information technology, and nonprofit strategy. She has authored multiple articles and case studies on diverse topics such as leveraging expertise, civic leadership, decision-support systems, and chronic disease management. Throughout these experiences, she has worked at both startups and Fortune 500 businesses, collaborating with academics, physicians, and other thought leaders, as well as Board members and City leaders.
Audris received her B.A. in History and Science, as well as an MBA, from Harvard University.
