Veronica Vidal

Veronica Vidal has more than 25 years of experience in strategic communications and development across philanthropy, the nonprofit sector, and higher education. Previously, she worked at Erikson Institute as director of strategic communications and, prior to that, as the director of its Department of Policy and Leadership where she led communications to help decision-makers leverage the science of child development to influence changes in policies that resulted in equitable access to programs and services for families. She also worked in the Philanthropic Services Department at The Chicago Community Trust, cultivating relationships with individual donors, leading prospect research and its annual fund.

At the RLD Foundation, she leads and executes a communications strategy that reflects the important transformative of communities, organizations, and philanthropic partners.
